Dinner with my Son tonight

IMG_2675Tonight for the #gghealtkwest I had dinner with my son.  We both went by Genghis Grill and got bowls to go.  He is four and absolutely loves to get Genghis.  He likes a sweeter bowl with ham, chicken, sausage, and pepperoni.  For veggies, he likes cabbage, baby corn, mandarin oranges, pineapple and not just one, but TWO eggs.  Yeah, he is a bit odd.  For me, I was in a hurry, so I went with an easy fajitas a la mexicana at 401 calories. 

Here is a photo of Al’s bowl about to go back to the Grill Masters, I should have arranged the eggs and the baby corn to look like a smiley face I think.

Here is my bowl ready for its grillin’ by the master gillers at the Forum Location in San Antonio. 
IMG_2677While we were waiting for our meal, I chatted with Tony the Manager and told him that I was still excited by the variety of what I am able to eat each day.  I mentioned that I was trying different flavor profiles to spice things up and he said that they often make a fajita bowl like mine.  They also make an Italian themed dish that I am going to try this weekend or tomorrow.
I did snap this shot of my son Al and I hamming it up for the crew.  He has on his rodeo hat that they made at his school.
